These terms apply when you use ridenshinecolorado.com. The site is run byRide N Shine LLC, doing business as Ride N' Shine Automotive, of Arvada, Colorado. If you use the site, you are agreeing to what follows. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.
Separate paperwork governs the work we do on your vehicle. Your written work order and any warranty documents we hand you control that relationship, and where they and this page disagree, they win.
Using the site
Read it, share it, and send us a quote request. What you may not do is try to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, use it to send us anything unlawful, or pretend to be someone else when you fill in a form.
Quotes and pricing
Every price, package, and range shown on this site is an estimate. Vehicle condition, size, paint, existing film, and the amount of correction needed all move the real number, and we cannot see any of that through a web form. We give you a firm price after we look at the vehicle, and no price becomes binding until we have both agreed to it in writing.
Specials and promotions run for the dates we post and can end early if the schedule fills. Manufacturer warranty terms on coatings, films, and accessories come from those manufacturers, and we pass along exactly what they offer.
Gift cards
Gift cards bought from the shop can be used toward any service we offer. They do not expire, they cannot be redeemed for cash, and we cannot replace one that is lost or stolen, so treat a gift card the way you would treat cash. A gift card used toward a larger job leaves the balance due at the time of service.
Photos, reviews, and vehicles
Photos on this site are of real work, most of it done in our Arvada shop. Reviews are published as the customer wrote them, and we do not edit a review's wording. We may photograph a vehicle we work on and use the images in our own marketing. Tell us before we start if you would rather we did not, and we will keep your vehicle out of it.
Our content
The text, photography, layout, and the Ride N' Shine name and logo belong to us. You are welcome to link to any page here or quote a short passage with credit. Copying the site's content or design for a competing business is not something we permit.
Other companies' brands and links
Product and brand names on this site belong to their owners, and we mention them because we install their products. We link out to a few sites we do not control, including Google Maps and our own Google reviews, and we are not responsible for what those pages say or do.
The site is provided as it is
We keep this site accurate and current, and we still get things wrong sometimes. Prices change, services change, and pages occasionally go down. We do not promise the site will be error-free or available without interruption, and nothing on it is a guarantee of a particular result on your vehicle.
Limits on what we owe you
Our responsibility for anything arising out of your use of this website is limited to what the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost time or lost income, that follow from using the site or from relying on an estimate shown here. This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit what we owe you for work we performed on your vehicle, which your work order and applicable Colorado law govern.
Colorado law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Jefferson County, Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the site or our practices change, and we change the date at the top when we do. Using the site after an update means the new version applies.
