Ceramic coating for Denver drivers
Our studio is in Arvada, about 25 minutes from downtown Denver outside rush hour, and there is no Denver location. Denver drivers make the trip anyway, and the section below says what the day looks like. Three Owner's Pride tiers, priced as complete packages

Every starting price includes coating the painted surfaces, exterior plastics, all glass and the wheel faces, and every tier includes decontamination and paint correction as needed. Some shops price those surfaces separately, so when you compare quotes, compare what each one includes as well as the starting price.

Drive times are estimates outside rush hour, and traffic on the way in can add to them. Denver customers come through the shop every week across our services, and in a typical week about one of our ceramic coatings is a car from Denver.
A coating is not a wait-in-the-lobby job. Plan on leaving the car with us for about 1.5 business days, whichever tier you choose. Vehicle size and paint condition can change that.

The car does not leave until the coating is safe to get wet, so rain on the drive home is fine. We call when it is ready, walk you through the aftercare at pick-up, and register the warranty in your name before you leave.

What Denver does to paint, and what the coating does about it
From November to March, Denver roads are treated with magnesium chloride, and it clings to paint, trim, and wheels. A coating gives it less to bond to, so a winter wash takes less scrubbing. Denver also sits at 5,280 feet, where sun is harder on paint than at sea level, and UV is what fades and chalks an unprotected finish. A coating is built to resist both. What it cannot do is stop gravel off I-70 or hail. Paint protection film takes the chips on the front of the car, and a garage is the only real answer to hail.
Paint correction comes first
Existing paint defects remain visible beneath the coating unless they are corrected beforehand, which is why paint correction as needed is part of every tier. Single-stage correction is a gloss enhancement that reduces lighter swirls and imperfections. Two-stage correction is a more intensive cut and polish for heavier defects. Results vary with paint condition, clear coat thickness, and how deep the defects go.
The warranty, in plain terms
Permanent paint damage the coating fails to prevent from:
- Weather-induced fading
- Weather-induced chalking
- Weather-induced loss of gloss
- Acid rain
- Bird waste
- Tree sap
- Sun's UV rays
- De-icing agents and road salt
- Ocean spray
- Brake dust
- Rail dust
- Paint overspray
- Fuel stains
- Report damage within 30 days of it appearing. Older damage is denied.
- One repair of each treated surface per cause over the term.
- Owner's Pride authorizes the repair before any work starts. Do not buff or treat the damage yourself.
Claims line: 1-800-232-5328, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday to Friday.
No paid maintenance service or annual inspection is required to keep the warranty. The car still needs regular, proper washing.
The warranty is not transferable, so it does not pass to a new owner if you sell the car.
